Welcome to CabSign (a product of CabinetryOS). These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your use of the CabSign platform, website, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
Part 1: Terms of Service
1. The Service
CabSign provides a digital platform allowing cabinetmakers, designers, and tradespeople ("Users") to upload documents (such as quotes, plans, and 3D renders) and securely transmit them to their end-clients ("Signers") for digital signature and approval.
2. Legal Status of Signatures
CabSign facilitates the capture of electronic signatures, timestamps, and IP addresses to create an audit trail. While CabSign complies with general standards for electronic signatures, we do not provide legal advice. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that documents signed via CabSign are legally binding and enforceable within their specific jurisdiction (e.g., ESIGN Act in the US, eIDAS in the EU/UK, or the Electronic Transactions Act in Australia). CabSign is not a party to any agreement signed through the platform.
3. User Responsibilities & Liability
Content: You are solely responsible for the content of the documents you upload. You agree not to upload illegal, highly sensitive (e.g., medical records, credit card numbers), or defamatory material.
Disputes: If a dispute arises between a User and a Signer regarding a contract signed on CabSign, CabSign’s sole responsibility is to provide the generated audit trail (Timestamp, IP address, and cryptographic hash) as recorded in our database. CabSign is not liable for any financial loss, remake costs, or legal fees resulting from a contract dispute.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CabSign and CabinetryOS from any claims arising out of contracts executed via our platform.
4. Account and Subscriptions
CabSign operates on a subscription basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to maintain active payment.
Part 2: Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
As a digital signature platform, we collect specific data to verify intent and create secure audit trails.
From Users (Cabinetmakers): Name, company name, email address, billing information (processed securely via our payment partners, Stripe/Outseta), and the documents you upload.
From Signers (Homeowners/Clients): Name, email address, digital signature input (drawn or typed), exact timestamp of signature, device type, and IP address at the moment of signing.
2. How We Use Your Data
To Provide the Service: We use uploaded documents and Signer data solely to generate the final, locked Certified PDF receipt.
Audit Trails: IP addresses and timestamps are permanently attached to the signed document metadata to prove the authenticity of the signature.
Communication: We use your email to send account updates, billing receipts, and notifications when a document is signed.
3. Data Storage and Security
We take the security of your business contracts seriously.
Documents and signatures are stored securely using industry-standard encryption (via our database partners, Airtable and Amazon Web Services).
Once a document is signed and the final Certified PDF is generated and emailed to both parties, CabSign retains a secure copy for your dashboard history.
We do not sell, rent, or mine the contents of your uploaded PDFs or your clients' contact information for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Processors
To operate the platform, provide customer support, and process payments, we share necessary data with trusted third-party infrastructure providers. These include:
Payment & Authentication Gateways: To securely process subscription billing and manage user logins (we do not store your raw credit card data on our servers).
Cloud Hosting & Database Providers: To securely store your uploaded PDFs, signature logs, and audit trails using industry-standard encryption.
Data Routing Infrastructure: To automate the generation of the Certified PDF and ensure emails are delivered instantly upon signature.
All third-party processors we utilize are strictly vetted for security and GDPR/CCPA compliance. We only share the minimum amount of data required to perform the specific service.
5. Your Rights
If you wish to delete your CabSign account, you may do so via your billing dashboard. Upon account deletion, your uploaded documents and signature logs will be permanently deleted from our active servers, subject to our legal data-retention obligations regarding financial transactions.

Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
Welcome to QuickCabRender. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website and rendering services operated by us (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, buying credits, or uploading an image for rendering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Service
QuickCabRender provides an AI-powered visualization tool designed for the cabinet and construction industry. The Service allows users to upload 2D screenshots or line drawings (“Input Content”) which are processed by our artificial intelligence engine to generate photorealistic conceptual images (“Rendered Output”).
No Engineering Accuracy: The Service is a Sales and Concept tool, not an engineering or manufacturing tool. The AI interprets visual data creatively. It does not read CAD dimensions. You acknowledge that the Rendered Output is for illustrative purposes only and should never be used as a construction document or measurement guide.
2. Credits, Billing & Refunds
The Credit System: The Service operates on a “Credit” basis. Credits are purchased in packs or subscriptions and are stored in your account wallet.
1 Credit = 1 Render Generation.
Every time you click “Generate,” one credit is deducted from your balance, regardless of whether you choose to download the final result.
No Refunds on Used Credits: Due to the high computational costs of AI generation, we do not offer refunds for credits used to generate images that you do not like. AI generation involves a degree of randomness; minor artifacts, hallucinations (e.g., incorrect handles), or stylistic interpretations are part of the technology.
System Failures: If the system crashes or fails to return an image at all, the credit will typically be refunded to your balance automatically. If not, please contact support.
Refund Policy (Unused Credits): If you purchase a Credit Pack by mistake, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided zero (0) credits from that pack have been used. Once a single credit is used, the pack is non-refundable.
Credit Expiration: Paid credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. If an account is dormant (no login) for 12 months, we reserve the right to expire unused credits.
3. B2B API & Embed Subscriptions
If you are using QuickCabRender via an API integration or an embedded iFrame on your own website, the following additional terms apply:
Usage Limits & Overages: B2B subscriptions operate on a monthly render allowance. If your integration exceeds this monthly limit, you agree to be billed for the excess usage at your plan’s designated overage rate. Overage charges are calculated and applied to your account at the end of your billing cycle.
Security & Unauthorized Use: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and ensuring your iFrame embeds are restricted to authorized domains. You are financially responsible for all renders generated using your API credentials or through your embedded application, including any overages resulting from unauthorized access on your end.
Service Availability & Liability: API and Embed services are provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. QuickCabRender is not liable for any lost revenue, lost sales, delayed projects, or end-user disputes arising from the downtime, malfunction, or use of our Service as integrated into your website or application.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Your Input: You retain all ownership rights to the original screenshots, sketches, or designs you upload (“Input Content”). You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload this content and that it does not violate any third-party confidentiality agreements.
The Output: Upon successful deduction of a Credit, QuickCabRender assigns to you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the Rendered Output for your business purposes (e.g., showing clients, marketing materials, social media).
Our Rights: You grant QuickCabRender a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and modify your Input Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Portfolio Use: Unless you have an Enterprise agreement stating otherwise, you agree that we may use anonymized “Before & After” examples of your renders for our own marketing and gallery showcases. Note: This portfolio use clause does NOT apply to images generated via our B2B API or Embed integrations; those renders remain strictly confidential and will never be used in our marketing.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis. We make no warranties regarding the architectural accuracy of the Rendered Output.
Hallucinations: The AI may add, remove, or alter details (such as hardware, lighting fixtures, or window placements) in the pursuit of “photorealism.”
Color Matching: While our custom Color Swatch feature allows for highly accurate hex-code color matching, final rendered colors may still appear slightly altered by the AI’s simulated lighting, shadows, and environmental reflections in the scene.
6. Limitation of Liability
You agree that QuickCabRender shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: (i) The use of our renders in a contractual or construction setting. (ii) Loss of sales or client dissatisfaction arising from the difference between the Render and the final installed product. (iii) Unauthorized access to your stored images.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Victoria, Australia, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
Your privacy is critical to us. Because we process your proprietary designs, we want to be transparent about where your data goes.
1. Information We Collect
Account Data: Name, Email, and Company details.
Visual Data: The screenshots, CAD drawings, and sketches you upload for rendering.
Prompt Data: The text descriptions you select or type (e.g., “White Shaker, Oak Floors”).
Usage Data: Render history, credit usage, and error logs.
2. How We Process Your Images
To provide this Service, we must share your uploaded images and data with trusted third-party service providers. By using the Service, you authorize the transfer of your data to the following categories of sub-processors:
AI & Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Used for core AI vision processing, 4K image enhancement, and secure cloud storage of your generated gallery.
Workflow Automation Services: Used to securely route your requests between our frontend application and our backend AI engines.
Database & CRM Providers: Used to manage your account details, API usage logs, and secure database routing.
Authentication & Billing Providers: Used to securely store your user profile, manage your subscription, and process payments.
We do not sell your design data. We only transfer data to these trusted infrastructure partners as strictly necessary to generate your images and operate the Service securely.
3. Data Retention
Gallery Storage: We store your rendered images in your “My Gallery” for your convenience. However, we are not a long-term cloud storage provider. We recommend downloading your renders immediately. We reserve the right to delete images older than 90 days to manage server costs. Note: Images generated via B2B API or Embed integrations are aggressively purged and are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
4. Security
We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all data in transit. Your images are stored using secure, restricted-access buckets. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of uploaded intellectual property.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data (including your Render Gallery). To exercise this right, please contact hello@quickcabrender.com (or your previous support email).
Cookie Policy
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in (Authentication) and to process credit payments securely (Stripe). We may use anonymous analytics cookies to see which Room Types (e.g., “Kitchen” vs “Mudroom”) are most popular, helping us improve the AI models. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
